Terms of Service
Last updated July 25, 2026
These are the terms for using onemoretime.fm and anything you get from us: the podcast, the free resources, the merch shop, the community, and any service you hire us for. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
We have tried to write these the way we would explain them out loud. Where something protects us, we have said so plainly rather than burying it.
One More Time Music LLC (Georgia, USA) runs this site.
The free stuff
Our resources, guides, templates, and the podcast itself are free, and you can use what you learn in your own career and business however you like. That is the point of them.
What you cannot do is resell them, or repackage them as your own product. Do not strip our name off a guide and sell it. Do not upload our episodes as your own content. Quoting us, clipping us, and crediting us is welcome and always has been.
Education, not professional advice
Everything we publish is educational. We are a media company that studies the music business, not your lawyer, accountant, or manager.
We do not guarantee results. Nothing we teach guarantees streams, followers, revenue, a deal, or a career. If we mention a number someone else hit, that is what happened to them, not a projection for you. Before you sign anything or make a real financial decision, talk to someone qualified in your jurisdiction.
Merch
Merch is sold through our Shopify shop and printed and shipped by Printify. Their checkout terms apply to the purchase. For anything wrong with an order β damaged, misprinted, wrong item, lost in transit β email team@onemoretime.fm and we will sort it out.
Services
Sometimes we sell work directly, like a custom hooks package. When you buy a service, this is the deal.
What you get. Exactly what the product page or our written quote says. If it is not written down, it is not included. If you want something outside that, ask and we will quote it separately.
Revisions: one round is included. After we deliver, you get one round of revisions to tell us what needs changing, and we will make those changes. Send it as one set of notes rather than a trickle. Beyond that first round, we will usually still look after you, but further changes are at our discretion or quoted as extra work. A revision means refining what was ordered, not redirecting it into a different job.
Refunds: none once work has started. This is custom work made for you specifically, so once we begin we cannot resell it or recover the time. Concretely:
- Before we start β tell us and we will refund you in full, no argument and no reason needed.
- Once we have started β no refunds, including if you change your mind, your plans change, or you decide not to use the work.
- If we fail to deliver what was actually promised, that is on us, and we will make it right or refund you. This clause protects us from changed minds, not from our own mistakes.
βStartedβ means we have begun the work, which for most services is when you send us your intake and we start on it. If you are not sure whether we have started, ask before you buy, not after.
What we need from you. Work needs your input to be any good. If we ask for something and do not hear back for 30 days, we may treat the project as delivered as-is and close it out. We will chase you before we do that.
Who owns the work. Once you have paid in full, the deliverable is yours to use commercially, forever. We keep the right to talk about having worked with you and to show the work as an example, unless you ask us not to, which is always fine.
The community
Our Discord and comment sections are for people trying to get somewhere in music. Be useful or be quiet. No spam, no harassment, no pitching your services at our members uninvited. We can remove anyone who makes the place worse, without a process and without a refund of anything.
Your content
If you post in our community, send us a guest pitch, or fill in an intake, you keep ownership of what you wrote or recorded. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. If we ever want to feature something you said publicly, we will ask you first.
Our content
The One More Time name, logo, episodes, graphics, and written material are ours. Fair use, commentary, and clipping with credit are fine. Wholesale copying is not.
Limits on our liability
This is the part every set of terms has, and here is the honest version: if something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at what you actually paid us in the previous twelve months. If you have paid us nothing, our liability is limited to providing the free thing you came for.
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost audience, arising from using our content or services. Some places do not allow these limits, and where that is true, they do not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using the site, unsubscribe, or leave the community whenever you want. We can suspend access if someone abuses the community, tries to resell our work, or charges back a payment for work already delivered.
The legal housekeeping
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If we have a dispute, the honest first step is to email us, because almost everything gets solved that way.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Changes are not retroactive: whatever terms were live when you bought something are the ones that apply to that purchase.
