Privacy Policy
Last updated July 25, 2026
This policy covers onemoretime.fm and the things we run from it: the podcast, our free resources, our merch shop, our community, and any service you hire us for. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email team@onemoretime.fm and we will explain it in plain English.
One More Time Music LLC (Georgia, USA) is the business behind this site. We are a two-person company. Nobody here is trying to build a data profile on you.
What we collect, and only when you hand it to us
Most of this site collects nothing. You can read, listen, and browse without giving us anything. We collect information in three situations.
When you fill in a form. Different forms ask for different things:
- Free resources (Super Prompts, Viral Text Hooks, Viral Content Ideas, Steal Fans, Superfan Tracker): your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Guest applications (
/guest): name, email, what you do, a link to your work, your socials, a rough audience size, and your pitch. - Work enquiries (
/work-with-us): name, email, what you want help with, timing, budget range, and links. - Surveys: whatever the survey asks, which is usually about how you work and where your time goes.
- Artist DNA intake (
/dna): your written answers and a voice recording of you answering our questions. See the section on voice recordings below, because that one deserves its own explanation. - Service intake (
/hooks-intake): the details we need to actually do the work you paid for.
When you buy something. Merch payments run through Shopify and services run through Stripe. Both collect your payment and delivery details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We can see that an order happened, what it was, and where it shipped.
When you visit. Our host, Vercel, runs privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies to follow you around the internet and does not build an advertising profile of you. We use it to see which pages people actually read.
Voice recordings, specifically
If you go through the Artist DNA intake, you record your voice answering our questions. We want to be direct about this because a recording of you is more personal than an email address.
- The recording is used to produce your Artist DNA profile and the deliverable you asked for. That is the only reason it exists.
- It gets transcribed, and AI tools are used to help analyse what you said. A human at One More Time reviews the output.
- We do not use your recording to train AI models, and we do not clone or synthesise your voice.
- We do not publish, share, or use your recording in content without asking you first, separately and specifically.
- You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, including the transcript.
Why we collect it
- To send you the free resource you asked for.
- To send you our newsletter, and only if you asked for it.
- To reply to you, book you as a guest, or quote you for work.
- To deliver and support something you bought.
- To understand which content is worth making more of.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We have never done this and have no plan to start.
Who else touches your data
We are a small team and we use normal tools to run the business. Each of these only gets what it needs to do its job:
- MailerLite β our email platform. Holds your email address and which resources you signed up for.
- Shopify and Printify β merch orders, payment, and printing and shipping your item.
- Stripe β payments for services.
- Resend β sends our automated and transactional email.
- ManyChat β handles Instagram and TikTok comment-to-DM replies, if you comment on one of our posts to get something.
- Vercel β hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
- Google Workspace β our email and documents.
- Discordβ our community, if you choose to join it. Discordβs own privacy policy governs what happens there.
- Buzzsprout and YouTube β host and distribute the podcast, and give us aggregate listening and viewing numbers, never individual identities.
We may also share information if the law genuinely requires it, or if we ever sell or merge the business, in which case we would tell you first.
AI, and where we draw the line
We use AI tools to help run this business, including to help analyse intake answers and draft internal work. Two commitments: we do not feed your personal information into AI tools to train them, and a human reviews anything that goes back out to you.
How long we keep it
- Email subscribers β until you unsubscribe, then we clear you out.
- Guest and work enquiries β while we are considering or working with you, plus a reasonable period after.
- Orders and service records β as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Voice recordings and intake answers β until the work is delivered and a reasonable support window has passed, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will never affect how we treat you.
Email team@onemoretime.fm and we will handle it. If you are in the EU, UK, California, or anywhere else with specific data rights, those rights apply and we will honour them.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, limit who can access what, and do not keep information we have no use for. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.
Children
This site is meant for people working in music professionally. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell our email list directly.
